Disclaimer & fraud notice.
Please read this if you have received a job offer, invoice or document that claims to come from us.
Horton Group of Companies does not charge fees for recruitment, visa processing, training, equipment or “processing” of any kind. If somebody using our name asks you for money, it is not us.
Recruitment fraud
Construction companies are routinely impersonated by people running employment scams. They copy logos, invent addresses on lookalike domains, and issue convincing offer letters. Before acting on any offer that appears to come from us:
- Check the document on our verification page using its reference number.
- Confirm the sender's address ends in @hortongroupofcompanies.ca. Anything else is not us.
- Call +1 437-370-0799 and ask. We would far rather take the call than see somebody defrauded.
- Never send money, banking details or identity documents to an unverified sender.
Documents issued in our name
Offer letters and employment documents we issue carry a reference number that can be checked on this site. A document that does not verify has not necessarily been forged — it may predate our current system — but confirm it with us before relying on it.
