This website is operated by Horton Group of Companies, 20 Inn On The Park Dr, North York, ON M3C 0P8. Its purpose is to describe our services and to let people verify documents we have issued.
Nothing here is a quotation
Descriptions of our services, capabilities and past work are provided for information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to carry out work at any price. A binding arrangement exists only once we have issued a written proposal and it has been accepted in writing.
Use of the verification page
The verification page exists so that employers, immigration representatives and financial institutions can confirm a document we issued. You may not use it to harvest data, to test numbers in bulk, or by any automated means. We rate-limit requests and may block access where we see misuse.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Figures, project descriptions and capability statements may change. If a detail matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing.
Intellectual property
The Horton name, the mark, the text and the design of this site belong to Horton Group of Companies. You may not reproduce them, or present yourself as connected with us, without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
