01 What this checks
A genuine document, not a person's file.
A positive result confirms that Horton Group of Companies issued the document, to the named person, on the date shown. It deliberately returns only the fields needed to establish that — never salary, contact details, or anything else from an employee's record.
If a document does not return a result, it does not automatically mean it is fraudulent — it may simply predate our current system, or have been issued but not yet released. In either case, contact our HR team and a person will check it.
